STALE is a bold, custom-made fashion brand based in the UK, founded by artisan and designer Ramune, whose work is rooted in traditional techniques and modern sustainability. Every garment is intentionally crafted to stand the test of time—both in style and in quality.
The brand was born from the union of two distinct yet connected ventures: Onstail, a trusted name in felted wool slippers since 2009, and Onstail Studios, a fashion design studio established in 2022. STUDIO STALE is the natural evolution of a long-standing commitment to slow, meaningful fashion.
Running both brands separately became too divided and merging them was a sustainable move to focus energy where it matters most.
